Marjorie Jackson has gentle YOGA classes in South & North Austin. She has been teaching both Yoga and Tai Chifor 20 years.
Both classes are in private studios for a small group. She provides lots of personal attention & help for each student’s health challenges.
The class does many warm-ups, stretching & energy breathing. Strength & core building balance out the class. All movements & YOGA poses are shared as Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3. This way a new beginner can be in the same class as a seasoned intermediate & both are happy.
